Bambuda brings travelers from all over the world to some of Panama's most beautiful places, from the islands of Bocas del Toro to the mountains of Boquete and the Pacific coast of Santa Catalina. We're four locations and growing. Each location is only as good as the people behind the bar, at the front desk and in the kitchen. Bambuda keeps growing, with Bambuda Casco Viejo opening in Panama City in 2028, and that means real room to move up. We promote from within whenever we can, give people responsibility early, and back them with training and a team that wants them to win.
Work Where Others Vacation
Bambuda Lodge sits on Isla Solarte and Bambuda Bocas Town is right on the water on Isla Colón, both in Bocas del Toro. Bambuda Castle is up in the mountains of Boquete, and Bambuda Santa Catalina is on the Pacific coast. Your commute might be a boat ride. Your day off might be a surf session or a hike.

Who we are looking for
People who love hosting. We care more about attitude, warmth and work ethic than a perfect CV. If you like meeting travelers from all over the world, you will fit right in. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a big plus for guest-facing roles, but not required for every position.
