These large rooms on the top floor of our Jungle Lodge building have handmade queen size beds, deluxe mattresses and a private bathroom with hot water showers and a strong overhead fan. The second-floor wrap-around veranda has sweeping views of both the ocean and jungle with access to a massive daybed. The building is secluded 100m from the pool/bar.

Our premium room, this large spacious cabin has a queen bed, indoor seating area as well as an oversized patio with sofa and hammock for enjoying the sights and sounds of the rainforest. The highlight of these rooms is the stunning view of the jungle right from your bed. These rooms have a private bathroom (with a view as well) and hot water showers. There is a strong overhead fan directly over the bed to keep you cool at night.

Our 4-bed dorms are the most exclusive and comfortable option with only 2 bunk beds in a large spacious and well-ventilated room. Each bed in the dorm has its own fan, reading light, and privacy curtain. The windows in the room offer both a nice breeze and view over the jungle as well as the ocean in front of the house.
On the first floor, you will find the Bambuda restaurant and bar, as well as the reception & tour desk that will happily assist you in any way possible. The bar and the reception area are surrounded by a big deck with a lot of comfortable furniture for relaxing or meeting new friends. Just a few meters away you will find our lovely and refreshing swimming pool. And down the hill, you will find the ocean which offers good snorkeling on the reef just outside our dock.

The Kuna/Boruca dorm is a spacious 6 bed dorm on the second floor of the main building. Each bed in the dorm has its own fan, reading light and privacy curtain. The windows in the room offers both a nice breeze and view over the back jungle as well as the ocean in front of the house. Outside the two dorms there is a nice hangout area with views of the ocean, chill out furniture, our library and plenty of fellow travelers.
On the first floor you will find the Bambuda restaurant and bar, as well as the reception & tour desk that will happily assist you in any way possible. The bar and the reception area are surrounded by a big deck with a lot of comfortable furnitures for relaxing or meeting new friends. Just five meters away you will find our lovely and refreshing swimming pool. Another fifty meters down the hill you find the ocean which offers good snorkeling on the reef just outside our dock.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the Check in/out times?
Check in for the rooms is at 3:00 pm, however, if you arrive early in the morning, we can store your luggage so you can enjoy our facilities until the rooms are ready.
Check out for the rooms is at 11:00 am but once again, you’re more than welcome to spend the rest of the day with us! You can leave your luggage in our storage and pay your tab whenever you are leaving.
Can we add an extra person to our room?
If you have a group, we can offer one of our Triple Rooms, which has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed above. We also have dorm rooms with 4 beds and 6 beds which can be rented out entirely for a slumber party with you and your pals!
Is there a shared kitchen?
Although we have a restaurant that is open from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm offering 3 delicious meals a day, Bambuda Lodge does not have a kitchen for the guests. We also do not have availability or storage for any food or drink items.
