Bambuda Bocas Town was started by four friends, all experienced travelers, who fell in love with the beauty of Bocas. Together, they took their experiences from their favorite hostels around the world to create their dream location. From perfect pods, to epic private rooms, soundproof constriction, a social bar, and amazing programming, nothing was forgotten about when designing the most epic place for you to make the most of your time in our beautiful archipelago.
Bambuda Bocas Town is located right on the water in a part of town that is known for having the best sunsets you can find in the area. Whether chilling on the massive deck, or your private patio of one of our many ocean-view rooms, Bambuda Bocas Town is the perfect place to end your day and watch the sun go down as you get ready to start your night out the right way…with plenty of new friends.
No attention to detail was forgotten when designing our epic rooms. The private pods in our dorm rooms are complete with curtains, outlets, reading lights, and private fans. Many of our private rooms feature smart TVs to watch some Netflix, and feature beautifully designed bathrooms with ocean views and rainfall showers. All our rooms are equipped with hot water, A/C, and feature smart locks you can open with a PIN, or with your smartphone. Our suites have epic panoramic ocean views from your bed, or your massive private patio.
We absolutely love our location on the main island of Isla Colon. Close to all of the action, just a 5 minute walk to the center of town and all the nightlife, yet far enough away to be away from the noise, with a relaxing, quiet room waiting for you whenever you’re ready to call it a night.
Started by experienced travelers, we know that the atmosphere is what truly makes a good hostel great. We work hard to curate an amazing vibe each and every day, with daily programming from group excursions to remote beaches, to Sunday Funday Deck Parties, live Carribean jam sessions and family dinners. In our kitchen, we promise you won’t find the standard boring hotel staples. Our chef is always cooking up new Carribean fusion recipes sure to amaze you.
